Job summary

GFL Environmental's Sewer Technologies Division in Muskego, WI seeks a Customer Service Representative I to deliver professional service across in-person, phone, email, and web channels. You will respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and coordinate with drivers and sales to ensure timely information and accurate data.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years call center experience; proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel; strong communication, organization and data-entry

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service/call center experience expected.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel; data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, email, or web.
• Communicate clearly with on-the-road employees to give instructions.
• Answer calls and resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Monitor, document, and report customer complaints; coordinate with sales.
• Enter data into the database and maintain new account files.
• Process customer payments and refunds as needed.
• Assist in maintaining accurate contracts and pricing matrices.
