Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis to provide a high level of member service, sign‑ups, and class promotions at a Planet Fitness franchise location.

You’ll handle greeting members, answering questions, processing sales at the POS, and maintaining a clean, safe club environment while offering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule Type: Set & Reoccurring

• Monday: 4:45 AM to 12:45 PM
• Tuesday thru Friday: 6 AM to 2 PM

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
