Job summary

Ascensia Diabetes Care is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Wood Dale, IL, offering hybrid work with onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays. You’ll be the voice of PHCNA, handling orders, quotes, and inquiries by phone, email, and chat.

You will process orders and quotes, coordinate delivery and invoicing, prepare shipping documents, and support credit/debit and rebates. A detail-oriented approach and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree also required.
• 2+ years of data-entry experience with high accuracy and ability to validate entries.
• Experience with order entry or processing.
• Microsoft Dynamics AX experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and distributor quotes and orders including order entry and processing.
• Answer order status, delivery inquiries, and tracking information by phone and email.
• Prepare and process international shipping documents.
• Review new orders for correct pricing and special instructions.
• Coordinate accessory installations and predelivery services with warehouse, service and validation teams.

The Opportunity As a Customer Service Representative you’ll be the voice of PHCNA, helping customers by phone, email, and chat with orders, questions, and issues. You’ll work with a supportive team that values patience, clear communication, and getting it right for the customer. The primary responsibility of this position will be to process customer and distributor quotes & orders including order entry, order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing / rebate administration, and other order fulfillment activities as assigned.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Enter orders and quotes in a timely manner and submit order confirmations to customers and PHCNA reps.
• Answer order status / delivery inquiries and tracking information by phone and email.
• Prepare / process international shipping documents
• Review new orders for correct pricing and special instructions.
• Coordinate accessory installations and predelivery services with warehouse, service and validation teams
• Process returns and replacements including freight claim processing activities.
• Gather customer information to add to customer profiles and data bases as part of customer account setup process.
• Acquire and prepare information for submission of new account set-up in the Microsoft Dynamics AX system.
• Process credits and debits, rebates and credit card orders.
• Crosstrain with others in the department for consistent customer coverage.

Bring Your Expertise

• High school diploma or GED required, college degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience of data entry with high accuracy and ability to validate entries.
• Experience with order entry or processing.
• Microsoft Dynamics AX experience highly preferred.
• Experience working with sales reps, distributors and end users preferred.
