Job summary

PHC Corporation of North America (PHCNA) is hiring a Hybrid Customer Service Representative in Wood Dale, IL. You will handle orders, quotes, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat, coordinating with distributors and internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and invoicing.

You will process international shipping docs, manage returns, and support new account setup in Microsoft Dynamics AX, while collaborating with sales reps and end users for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in data entry with high accuracy; 2 years preferred.
• Familiarity with sales reps, distributors and end users is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and quotes in a timely manner and submit order confirmations to customers and PHCNA reps.
• Answer order status, delivery inquiries and tracking information by phone and email.
• Prepare and process international shipping documents; review orders for correct pricing.
• Coordinate accessory installations and predelivery services with warehouse, service and validation teams.
• Process returns and replacements including freight claim processing activities.
• Glean customer information for profiles and account setup; prepare data for new accounts in AX.
• Process credits and debits, rebates and credit card orders; cross-train for coverage.

You’ll work with a supportive team that values patience, clear communication, and getting it right for the customer.
