Job summary

Ascensia Diabetes Care seeks a Digital Workplace Lead to steer teams, technologies, and services enabling a secure, modern digital workspace across the organization.

You will lead internal/external resources, set standards, and drive improvements across Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint devices, and collaboration platforms to deliver reliable workplace technology.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Infrastructure or Identity Management (IAM).
• Experience leading teams, MSPs, and technology vendors.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management (Intune), Active Directory, Entra ID and IAM expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Workplace, M365, Endpoint Management and IAM services.
• Manage the Digital Workplace team, vendors, and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Intune, AD, Entra ID environments, ensuring secure and compliant services.
• Drive service improvements and user-experience enhancements.

The Opportunity

As our Digital Workplace Lead, you will be responsible for leading the teams, technologies, and services that enable a secure, productive, and modern digital workplace across the organization. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and operational ownership across Microsoft 365, end-user computing, Active Directory and Identity Management, mobile devices, conference room technologies, printing services, and related workplace platforms. You will lead internal and external technical resources, establish standards and best practices, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and service providers to deliver secure, reliable, and user-focused workplace technology services.

How You'll Make an Impact

Lead Digital Workplace, M365, Endpoint Management, and Identity & Access Management services. Manage the Digital Workplace team, vendors, and day-to-day operations. Oversee Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and Entra ID environments. Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant workplace technology services. Drive service improvement, technology projects, and user experience enhancements. Partner with IT, Security, and business teams to support workplace technology strategy and delivery.

Bring Your Expertise

Extensive experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Infrastructure, or Identity Management. Experience leading teams, managed service providers, and technology vendors. Strong Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management (Intune), Active Directory, Entra ID, and Identity & Access Management expertise. Experience managing Windows, mobile, and collaboration technologies, including Teams Rooms and video conferencing. Understanding of networking, IT service management, and workplace technology operations. Strong troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and service improvement skills. Experience managing projects, operational priorities, and technology service delivery. Understanding security, compliance, and governance requirements.

Additional Experience That Could Help You Succeed

ITIL certification or knowledge of ITIL service management practices. Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management (Intune),Azure, Identity & Access Management
