Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. This role is crucial for ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accessible, facilitating smooth operations within the organization.

Duties

the primary functions of our Data Entry include supporting the Customer Service Team, Interfacing with customers regarding new orders, quoting, production scheduling and genreal product/technical information. Orders are processed via direct contact, telephone calls, emails and facsimiles.

Essential Functions include but not limited to:

• Receiving and processing orders by phone, fax and email.
• Interfacing with peers, operations, and logistics (internally and externally)
• Provide recommendations for alternate products to customers based on costs, availability and product specifications.
• Positive, energetic mindset is a must
• Clear, Proactive and consistent communication with customers regarding and or project status
• Familiarity with CAD is a plus

Skills

• Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with office systems and software, including databases.
