Job summary

Northwest Exterminating in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Commercial Service Manager to lead and coach a team of Pest Control Technicians in delivering safe, high-quality commercial service.

You will oversee daily field operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage records, and mentor staff while upholding safety standards and company policies. Strong leadership and communication are required, along with PestPac and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of technician experience.
• Valid state Certified Applicator License.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using PestPac or similar CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Commercial Pest Control Technicians.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Commercial Pest Control Technicians
• Oversee daily field operations across Commercial department
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Evaluate customer needs and provide effective service solutions
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionallyMaintain accurate service records and required reports
• Support technician training, development, and performance
• Ensure technicians follow company safety and service standards

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have at least 2 years of technician experience
• Hold a valid state Certified Applicator License
• Have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Can manage daily field operations
• Are comfortable using CRM systems, PestPac, and mobile tools
• Have experience maintaining service vehicles and equipment
