Ace Handyman Services Columbus is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for homeowners, helping keep craftsmen schedules full and productive while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Return missed calls and follow up with customers.

• Generate sales opportunities through proactive customer communication.
• As workload allows, collect customer deposits and process payments.

Customer Service Representative

Ace Handyman Services Columbus is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for homeowners, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping keep our craftsmen's schedules full and productive.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Scheduling

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly


• Return missed calls and follow up with customers


• Contact new leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments - No cold calls!


• Follow up on estimates and outstanding opportunities


• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer projects


• Manage and optimize craftsmen schedules to maximize productivity


• Generate sales opportunities through proactive customer communication

Additional Responsibilities

As training and workload allow, you may also:

• Collect customer deposits


• Process payments

Required Qualifications
