Job summary

A Plus is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our West Valley City team. This role involves helping customers by phone, email, and chat, delivering empathetic, professional support, and handling a high volume of inquiries.

You will collaborate with technicians and office staff, learn our products, and grow within a supportive, team-oriented culture. A Plus offers paid training and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!)
• A team player who’s excited about growth and contributing to success
• High school diploma or equivalent
