Job summary

Dermatology Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support patients, providers, and the team across multiple locations. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule patient appointments for over 40 locations in 3 states, and relay accurate information to the appropriate departments.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, data accuracy, and collaboration with providers. You'll also assist with billing inquiries, process requests via email or fax, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Providing excellent customer service to patients, Providers, and all team members through the organization
• Scheduling patient appointments for over 40 locations in 3 states with multiple providers and growing
• Handling Inbound and outbound calls from external and internal sources
• Transferring calls to the appropriate department and taking detailed information to relay to the recipient
• Completing call reports and logs and researching billing issues
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries and transferring Customer calls with complex inquiries to appropriate staff
• Handling incoming requests from external customers by e-mail or fax and managing their inquiries or requests
• Recognizing, documenting, and informing the Supervisor regarding the trends in internal and external calls.
• Recommending process improvements and researching misapplied payments
• Assisting Providers with Virtual Medical Assistant system
• Other duties as assigned
