Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Process all customer orders for assigned accounts.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to resolve customer product questions.
• Monitor inventory, order status and delivery dates to ensure timely delivery.
• Proactively notify customers of potential delivery problems and provide alternatives.
• Collaborate with purchasing, inventory control and traffic to source and propose alternatives for customers.
• Coordinate and expedite rush product requests with internal resources.
