Job summary

Nutricost is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Utah. The role involves handling customer accounts, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues by phone or email, with emphasis on accuracy and timely communication.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish, have solid computer skills, and can manage multiple tasks such as order tracking and creating replacement orders. Monday–Friday day shifts, 15–20 hours weekly, at Nutricost’s facility.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• GED or high school diploma.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts.
