Job summary

Hillyard, Inc. is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our Urbandale, IA team. You will handle distribution and customer orders, track shipments, and respond to inquiries to ensure order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 1 year related experience, and knowledge of SAP is a plus. You should be able to multi-task and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Distribution and Customer Orders.
• Process inter-departmental orders / sample and replacement orders.
• Process return orders.
• Track shipments.
• Performs account maintenance and updates.
• Processes National Account orders, billing, follow up with Independent Distributors to assure order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Processes credit memos.
• Maintains customer specific pricing.
• Monitors the open orders report.
• Operates the Northwest Missouri City Sales Office.
