Job summary

Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for a Customer Service Representative for our Customer Service team in Hutchinson, MN. If you have exceptional customer service experience, you may be a great fit.

We are looking for a well-organized multitasker who can handle order processing, shipments tracking, and inquiries with accuracy and courtesy. Knowledge of SAP is a plus, and strong written and verbal communication is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP a plus.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Process Distribution and Customer Orders.
• Process inter-departmental orders / sample and replacement orders.
• Process return orders.
• Track shipments.
• Performs account maintenance and updates.
• Processes National Account orders, billing, follow up with Independent Distributors to assure order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Processes credit memos.
• Maintains customer specific pricing.
• Monitors the open orders report.
• Operates the Northwest Missouri City Sales Office.
