Job summary

Hillyard, Inc. in Hutchinson, MN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. The role involves processing orders, tracking shipments, handling returns, and maintaining pricing and account data.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, basic SAP knowledge, and strong multi-tasking and communication skills. We offer a $20 per hour base pay with bonus, holidays, paid time off, a 401(k) plan and profit

Responsibilities

• Process Distribution and Customer Orders.
• Process inter-departmental orders / sample and replacement orders.
• Process return orders.
• Track shipments.
• Performs account maintenance and updates.
• Processes National Account orders, billing, follow up with Independent Distributors to assure order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquires.
• Processes credit memos.
• Maintains customer specific pricing.
• Monitors the open orders report.
• Operates the Northwest Missouri City Sales Office.
