Job description

The Customer Service Associate will assist our walk-in customers directly, coordinate closely with our outside sales force, drivers, and warehouse personnel to meet our customers' needs in a timely and efficient manner. The role includes providing counter sales, phone assistance, and other support to our customers. This position offers an opportunity to learn about our products and develop a career in sales or management within our industry.

Qualifications:

1. Experience assisting customers with purchasing needs, either walk-ins or over the phone.
2. Interest or experience in developing new sales opportunities through calls to potential customers.
3. Intermediate computer skills for entering sales orders and processing transactions using company software.
4. Reliability, safety-consciousness, and teamwork skills.
5. Alignment with the "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture.
6. Valid driver’s license, a satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation.
7. Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
8. Ability to pass criminal background, driving record checks, and a pre-employment drug test.
9. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
