What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer a high volume of calls regarding patient billing, payment plans, and general customer concerns
- Process adjustments, refunds, and transfer bills while performing manual sales
- Evaluate and respond to written billing inquiries, including billing insurances and updating invoices
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints
- Maintain a tracking log of escalated patient correspondence and provide status updates to leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical office, healthcare, or call-center setting
- Proficient in using computers and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours with assigned shifts after training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience in healthcare
- Knowledge of billing and finance processes
- Ability to translate complex healthcare jargon into simple instructions for customers
