Join to apply for the Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative role at Quality Resource Management (QRM)

Quality Resource Management, LLC (QRM) is an inbound call center focused on customer service and benefits compliance. We are a recognized and growing resource with over 1,000 client companies and have been awarded Great Place to Work twice! We seek a highly motivated, team-oriented individual to join our Operations team.

This full-time, remote position offers approximately 30-40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM CST. You will work from your home office, applying customer service techniques and learning our account management systems to enhance customer experience during challenging times.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical support in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide empathy and clear communication throughout the claims process.
  • Accurately document claim details in our system.
  • Follow client-specific instructions to resolve issues.
  • Use call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Ability to interpret reports and communicate professionally over the phone.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred.
Physical and Network Requirements
  • Prolonged sitting, listening, and working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing, walking, and reaching.
  • Reliable internet connection, private network, no VPNs, and a speed test required upon hire.
