My Pest Pros is seeking a friendly, dependable Client Care Representative for our Vienna, VA office. The CCR will handle calls, inquiries, scheduling, and sales follow-up to ensure excellent client care from first contact through resolution.

The role blends customer service, sales, and account follow-through, with opportunities for growth within a family-owned pest control company serving VA, MD, and DC. On-site, not remote.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administrative, or phone-based experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, empathetic, solutions-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using phones, computers, CRM, and scheduling software.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure.
• Comfort discussing pricing and asking for the sale.
• Sales or home-service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Client Care Representative (CCR) - Customer Service & Sales

Full-Time | On-Site | Vienna, VA

My Pest Pros, a growing, family-owned pest control company serving Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC, is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our Vienna, VA, office.

Our CCRs are at the center of our client experience and daily operations. You’ll answer calls, help clients solve problems, schedule and coordinate services, follow up on open requests and proposals, maintain accurate account information, and help new clients choose the right pest-control services.

This role combines customer service, sales, and account follow-through. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership and makes sure clients receive the help they need from the first conversation through resolution.

Responsibilities:
