Western Pest Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Administrative) at our Hyattsville, MD location. You will be the critical link between customers and service technicians, coordinating schedules and resolving issues to ensure a quality experience.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative . This position will be based out of our Hyattsville, MD branch !

Responsibilities

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are the link between our customers and our service technicians. As a CSR, you will coordinate schedules, resolve customer issues and concerns, respond to service and sales inquiries, and communicate with our field operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age
• Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and a bility to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task
• Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers
• Strong collections experience preferred

Salary Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
