Job summary

Guhring, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Representative to be the key link between customers, the sales team, production, and management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will handle inquiries, process orders, provide pricing and delivery information, coordinate with teams to ensure timely fulfillment, and maintain accurate records to support outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret order information and technical documents.
