Pride Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a 100% remote opportunity in the United States. You will provide telephone-based support to patients and community members and schedule medical appointments using EPIC.

The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach. Training runs Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with nesting for 3 weeks; bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred.

Pride Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a 100% Remote opportunity. This role is ideal for customer service professionals with strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach. Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred.

• Job Title: Customer Service Representative
• Job Type: W2 Contract – 6 months with potential to extend/convert
• Location: Remote – United States
• Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Nesting: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for 3 weeks
• Work Hours: Sunday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–9:00 PM EST window
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Pay Rate: $18 - $19/hour
• Start Date: 11/02
• Time Off: No time off permitted during training or nesting (90 days)

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will provide telephone-based support to patients and community members who need to schedule appointments with healthcare providers. The role requires accurate data entry, use of EPIC software, adherence to established workflows, and excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience scheduling medical appointments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to consistently follow workflows, instructions, and schedules.
• Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused communication style.
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.
