Pride Health is hiring for a Phlebotomy - PSC Registration Clerk to support front-office operations at a Patient Service Center, handling patient registration, data entry, insurance billing/payments, order verification, HIPAA compliance, and supply management across Columbus, Grove City, or Dublin, Ohio. The role requires 1+ year of customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Schedule EST 7:30am-4pm, 40 hours per week.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Data entry, keyboarding, and PC experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist patients with kiosk check-in and verify information for accuracy.
• Contact clients to obtain or clarify patient orders.
• Handle patient and customer inquiries and complaints using established procedures.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, faxing, mailing, and data entry.
• Answer telephone calls professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Use established test translation tables and protocols as required.
• Stock and maintain office supplies.
• Complete required training and assigned special projects.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and maintain attendance standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet customer and operational needs.

Schedule: EST 7:30am - 4pm , 40hrs/Week

Pay : $17/hr to $20.14/hr

Location : Columbus OH 43228 or Grove City OH 43123 or Dublin OH 43017

Contract : 3 Months to 6 Months + Extension

Job Summary

Responsible for front-office operations at a Patient Service Center (PSC), including customer service, patient registration, data entry, insurance billing/payments, order verification, issue resolution, HIPAA compliance, and supply management. May provide support across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist patients with kiosk check-in and verify information for accuracy.
• Contact clients to obtain or clarify patient orders.
• Handle patient and customer inquiries and complaints using established procedures.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, faxing, mailing, and data entry.
• Answer telephone calls professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Use established test translation tables and protocols as required.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Data entry, keyboarding, and PC experience.
• Medical terminology knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Previous front-office, clerical, receptionist, or healthcare customer service experience is a plus.
