Job summary

BWI Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Texarkana, AR. You will assist walk-in customers, handle showroom inventory, merchandise products, and learn about our offerings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of agronomic/horticulture industry or customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Compensation starts at $17 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative and are hoping to find someone with agronomic or horticultural experience.As part of this sales and service job, you will assist walk-in customers, receive showroom inventory, merchandise products, and learn a great deal about our products.

More specifically, you will:

• Conduct front counter and telephone sales while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
• Confer with new and established customer base; promote and take customer orders.
• Assist outside sales personnel to enhance communication with customer base.
• Contact customers in response to inquiries and notify them of promotional sales.
• Support the overall business success and needs of our customers.
• Perform a variety of various light office work.

The ideal candidate will:

The candidate will be compensated based on their work experiences and skills, with the minimum starting salary for this position being $17 per hour.
