Job summary

BWI Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative with agronomic or horticultural experience. You will assist walk‑in customers, receive showroom inventory, merchandise products, and learn about our offerings. The role combines sales and service in a showroom setting.

The ideal candidate will provide cheerful customer care, communicate effectively, and take initiative with minimal supervision. High school diploma or GED and proficiency in Word/Excel are required.

Responsibilities

More specifically, you will:

• Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
• Confer with new and established customer base; promote and take customer orders.
• Assist outside sales personnel to enhance communication with customer base.
• Contact customers in response to inquiries and notify them of promotional sales.
• Support the overall business success and needs of our customers.
• Perform a variety of various light office work.

The ideal candidate will:

The candidate will be compensated based on their work experiences and skills, with the minimum starting salary for this position being $17 per hour.
