This full-time position supports our professional customers — landscapers, growers, and garden centers — across the country. You’ll be an essential part of a small, collaborative team that takes pride in high-quality service, relationships, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Manage incoming calls and route inquiries professionally
• Support B2B customers with order status, product information, and issue resolution
• Identify upsell opportunities through customer relationships
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to resolve inventory or order issues
• Prepare and mail sales materials, bid books, and promotional content
• Maintain accurate customer records and perform general administrative tasks
• Assist walk-in and online customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer relationship and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
