Job summary

FASTSIGNS #160102 invites you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Tempe. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, learn to prepare estimates, and manage orders to ensure timely delivery of finished work.

We seek an energetic, customer-focused individual with 2–3 years in retail or counter sales, a high school diploma, and strong listening and organization skills. You’ll work in a busy center, interacting via email, phone, and on-site visits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, responsive and eager to learn; able to build relationships.
• Strong listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods and view a computer screen for extended times.
• Capable of working under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and support business/marketing plans.
• Engage with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and on-site visits.
• Build long-lasting relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
