Job summary

FASTSIGNS Center is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tempe, AZ to be the first point of contact for customers and to assist with estimates, work orders, and on-time delivery of finished orders.

You will participate in daily team meetings, support business and marketing plans, and engage with customers via email, phone, in person, and on-site visits to client locations. A friendly, responsive, and relationship-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and able to build relationships.
• Excellent listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4+ hours).
• Able to view a computer screen for long periods (4+ hours).
• Capable of working under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Learn to prepare estimates, process work orders and ensure timely delivery of orders.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:
