Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Work from Home AZ

Preferred: Certified Pharmacy Technician

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll use your empathy and listening skills to handle inbound and outbound calls, learn about patients' medical histories, and address fertility challenges.

This role is more than typical customer service—it's about caring for people and making a difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle 25-30 calls daily (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Coordinate with patients and physicians on fertility plans and medications
  • Own the patient experience by resolving issues and ensuring follow-up
  • Accurately enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details

Qualifications:
