Customer Service Representative - Data Specialist in Tempe, AZ

Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $15.50/hr (BONUS POTENTIAL - Ask about our Comp Plan!)

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Data Specialist will focus primarily on account updates, customer service, in a call center environment, and special projects. This position will have performance benchmarks and production expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • The CSR Data Specialist manages inbound and outbound calls to ensure compliance with call center metrics.
  • Provides professional customer service with patients, their agents, insurance companies, and other contacts.
  • Interacts with staff to resolve problems, ensuring all communication is positive and productive.
  • Schedules priorities to meet deadlines as determined by management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel highly preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience in public safety or medical services is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • One (1) year of customer service experience in a call center
  • Outstanding typing skills
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
