Job summary

Times Media Group, based in Tempe, is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our production team. You will coordinate between sales, clients, and the design team to ensure ad materials are received, prepared, and completed on deadline.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Adobe InDesign or the Creative Suite is a plus, along with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience with ad design and layout is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate advertising materials and production requests between sales reps, clients, and the production/design team.
• Review incoming ad files for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate missing materials, corrections, proofs, and deadlines with clients.

Job description

Times Media Group, based in Tempe, is one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing community news organizations. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our production team.

This position serves as an important link between our sales team, advertisers and production and graphic design departments, helping ensure advertisements and publication materials are received, prepared, designed, proofed and completed accurately and on deadline.

Above all, the ideal candidate will have a desire to grow professionally and contribute to a talented, supportive team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Experience in newspaper, magazine or other print production is a plus, but not required. For the right candidate, we are looking for strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
