The Customer Service Representative works with a small team to assist customers. These assignments include trouble shooting any customers issues, incoming sales calls, and product knowledge.

Essential Functions

• Computer Proficiency

• Create documents assisting with any customers issues.
• Learn and retain product numbers and product information.
• Process online orders as well as inbound phone call placed orders.
• Create sales on inbound calls.
