Job summary

Telemark Diversified Graphics in Michigan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate with production, quoting, and shipping. You will need compassion for clients and strong written and verbal communication, plus math and people skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities include gathering information for RFQs, presenting pricing options, tracking inventory with production, and supporting a team atmosphere in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must have experience showing compassion and understanding towards client's needs.
• Must have strong written, verbal communication skills, math and people skills.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and the use of a CRM system is a must.

Customer Service Representative

Take a leading roll in our customer service department. Will work closely with other departments regarding production, quoting, and shipping/warehousing of products. Must have experience in showing compassion and understanding towards client's needs. Must have strong written, verbal communication skills, math and people skills. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and the use of a CRM system is a must.

Specific Duties include:

Position reports to the Vice President of Sales of a 53-year-old, family-owned company. Telemark Diversified Graphics is a Printer and Converter of Thermal Paper for use in ATM, POS, KIOSK, Mobile and Ticket printers. Telemark supplies products around the country and around the world.
