You’ll listen, ask questions, solve problems, schedule services, provide quotes, and help customers find the right solution. You’ll also look for opportunities to introduce services that can solve another problem for the customer.

Your day will include:

• Inbound calls and web inquiries
• Scheduling cleaning services
• Customer questions and concerns
• Service quotes
• Customer and claim information
• Satisfaction follow-up
• Outbound residential sales campaigns
• Identifying additional customer needs
• Coordination with Woodard's service teams
• Plenty of moving pieces

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus rotating Saturdays and participation in the on-call rotation.

What you'll bring

You’ll need:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• A voice people trust and the judgment to know when to listen, solve, sell, or ask for help
• The ability to stay organized when the phone is ringing and the day changes course
• Comfort learning technology and keeping the details straight
• Good instincts about when another Woodard service could genuinely help a customer
• A willingness to own the conversation and follow it through
