About the Role

• Handle a multi‑line phone system.
• Schedule appointments.
• Coordinate return visits when parts arrive.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Clear, friendly, and proactive communication with customers and internal team members is essential.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
• Bonus: Spiff program for maintenance agreement sales & follow‑up sales

Qualifications

• Dispatching experience is a plus
• Experience with Service Titan is a strong plus

• Highly proficient computer and typing skills
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
