Job summary

Clark Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team in Saraland, AL. The full-time, contract position offers a pay of $15.50 per hour and a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with potential overtime.

Responsibilities include taking orders by phone, fax, mail, and email; answering calls; monitoring stock; ensuring orders ship within 24–48 hours; and providing pricing and delivery information while coordinating with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; phone-related customer service is a huge plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Abacus/basic math and ability to handle pricing and quotes.

• Provide pricing and delivery information to customers.
• Expedite or cancel orders as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments.
