1. Take orders via phone, fax, mail, and email and enter order samples
2. Answer phone calls and follow up with customers regarding their orders as needed
3. Check stock for current, dropped, and promotional products
4. Monitor orders and ensure shipping occurs within 24-48 hours
5. Respond promptly to inquiries, verify accounts, and handle and resolve customer issues
6. Convert measurements and pricing
7. Provide pricing and delivery information to customers
8. Expedite or cancel orders as needed
9. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
10. Other duties as assigned or needed

Position Requirements

1. Professional communication (verbal and written) skills
2. Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
4. Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and percentages)
5. Ability to follow directions and work independently
6. Time management and strong attention to detail
