Qualifications

• Active Alabama Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain).
• Prior experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or a customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
