ENTRY LEVEL Candidates start at $33,280.00 base salary and can make up to $40,000 in commissions during the first year bringing total compensation to $70-75K.
Meet with potential clients to review their current coverage and identify areas where they may be under-insured.
Create and present tailored insurance quotes that align with the specific needs of individuals and families in the Mobile area.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions within our internal database.
Follow up with prospects to answer questions and address concerns regarding their policy options.
Collaborate with the internal service team to ensure new policies are issued smoothly and accurately.
Participate in local community events to represent the agency and build lasting professional connections.
