Ole Tyme Produce is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and support all aspects of human resources in a fast-paced, growing organization. Reporting to the President/CEO and Chief of Staff, this role will partner with leadership and managers to build a positive, productive workplace while ensuring strong HR practices and compliance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives across the organization.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll/timekeeping, leave, compensation, personnel records, and other HR programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, insurance, and DOT requirements, maintaining accurate employment and driver documentation.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, workplace investigations, unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation matters.
- Partner with managers and senior leadership on employee engagement, training, coaching, performance development, and organizational initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, communications, surveys, and programs that support company culture and business objectives.
- Monitor HR trends, metrics, and regulatory changes and provide strategic guidance and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or 35 years of relevant HR experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate employees while supporting a positive and productive workplace.
- Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR compliance, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to remain professional, tactful, calm, and solutionsfocused when handling sensitive or challenging employee situations.
