Job summary

GEICO in Tucson is hiring an Auto Inside Sales Representative. You will provide insurance quotes, advise on coverage options, and convert quotes into new policies with no cold calling. The role offers a base salary of $41,000–$47,000 plus performance incentives up to $60,000 per year, plus a $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates.

Office location at 3050 S M L King Jr. Way, Tucson, AZ 85713; 80% on-site, 20% off-site; benefits start Day 1, 13 paid holidays, 401(k) match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing & sales experience.
• 3+ years in high-volume call centers with KPIs.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience.
• Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions.
