Job summary

GEICO in Richardson, TX is hiring an AutoInsideSalesRepresentative to provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and demonstrate the value of GEICO policies. No cold calling required, with a strong emphasis on customer-centric sales and policy recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience required.
• 3+ years preferred.

Compensation & Incentives: BaseSalary: $24.50-$35.61/hour ($49,367-$71,754annually) . Performance Incentives: Earn up to an additional $60,000 annually. Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends. Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty). Benefits: Health and wellness benefits starting Day 1 (medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts and more). Accrue Paid Time Off immediately, plus 13 paid holidays annually (8 fixed, 5 floating). 401(k) with up to 6% match, vested immediately. WhatWe’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred. Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred. ActivePersonal Lines or Property & Casualty licensepreferred(training and exam fees provided). High School Diploma or GEDrequired; College degree preferred. Core Skills: Excellent communication skills withthe abilityto build rapport quickly. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
