Mallory Safety and Supply is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sparks/Reno, NV. You will handle order entry, problem resolution, and customer communication to ensure a seamless experience for internal and external clients.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in office-based customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

Formación

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in an office setting preferred.
• Experience building relationships with internal/external customers.
• Business to business (B2B) customer service experience preferred.
• Construction, safety, or industrial supply familiarity preferred.

Mallory Safety and Supply is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team!

How You Will Make an Impact

• Learn, navigate, and use Prophet 21 to provide customer service

• Assist with miscellaneous projects as needed
• Cross-train and assist in other areas of the branch as needed

What We Need From a Customer Service Representative

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong computer and data entry skills highly desired, including Microsoft Office

Education and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service - in an office setting preferred
• A combination of face to face, remote and phone/email customer service experience required
• Business to business (B2b) customer service experience preferred
• Construction, safety, or industrial supply experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

• Using a computer screen for several hours a day
• Occasional bending, twisting, standing, and stooping
• Lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion
