Mallory Safety and Supply seeks a Customer Service Representative in Colorado Springs to support order entry, problem resolution, and collaboration with sales and warehouse teams. This role emphasizes initiative,-creativity, and a growth mindset while delivering outstanding service.

• Learn, navigate, and use Prophet 21 to provide customer service
• Serve internal and external customers by phone, email, and in person
• Resolve issues with customer orders tactfully and efficiently
• Partner with the branch sales team to drive business
• Complete bank drops using personal vehicle
• Assist with miscellaneous projects and cross-train in other areas of the branch

Mallory Safety and Supply is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team!

As a Customer Service Representative, Here is How You Will Make an Impact:

• Learn, navigate, and use Prophet 21 to provide customer service
• Service both internal and external customers over the phone, via email, and in person
• Resolve issues with customer orders in a tactful manner
• Partner with the branch sales team to drive business
• Complete bank drops using personal vehicle
• Assist with miscellaneous projects as needed
• Cross-train and assist in other areas of the branch as needed

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM

Here is What We Need From a Customer Service Representative:

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong computer and data entry skills highly desired, including Microsoft Office

Education and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service – in an office setting preferred
• A combination of face to face, remote and phone/email customer service experience required
• Business to business (B2b) customer service experience preferred
• Construction, safety, or industrial supply experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License

Physical Requirements

• Using a computer screen for several hours a day
• Occasional bending, twisting, standing, and stooping
• Lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion
