Customer Service Representative – Transdev – St. Paul, MN

Transdev in St. Paul, MN is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Non‑CBA Position

Transdev is proud to offer a competitive compensation package of $17.00–21.25 with annual increases in January.

Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect them to a supervisor.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
  • Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate a standard telephone system.
  • Subject to a DOT drug test and physical if applicable.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
  • Employee will spend long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
  • Work environment will be a combination of indoor and outdoor settings.
