Customer Service Representative – Transdev – St. Paul, MN
Transdev in St. Paul, MN is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.
Non‑CBA Position
Transdev is proud to offer a competitive compensation package of $17.00–21.25 with annual increases in January.
Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect them to a supervisor.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
- Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate a standard telephone system.
- Subject to a DOT drug test and physical if applicable.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
- Employee will spend long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of indoor and outdoor settings.
