TrakMotive is looking to add another Customer Service Representative to our team! This is a full‑time position responsible for receiving and processing our customers’ orders utilizing the company’s software system. The role also involves direct communication with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and promptly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and process customers’ orders with great efficiency and accuracy
• Work effectively in team environment with other Customer Service Representatives
• Effectively manage a large volume of incoming calls
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Schedule or assist with freight and shipping
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Respectfully and diligently take on any other job duties assigned

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

WORKING CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL EFFORT

• Contribute to warehouse operations in a non‑climate‑controlled environment

Physical Demands & Requirements

• Physical Effort: Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels.
• Legal: Must be 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
