You will handle freight coordination, maintain records, and resolve order issues while ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing communications, and ensuring excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Pay: $19.50/hour

Duties And Responsibilities

• Accurately receive and process customer orders using company systems

Physical Demands & Requirements

Physical Effort: Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels.
