Job summary

Essig’s Automotive LLC — Reading, PA is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the face and voice of the shop, welcoming customers with a professional attitude and guiding them through questions, appointments, and the repair process.

You’ll coordinate with technicians, help explain recommended services, and keep the front office organized. Automotive experience is a plus, but personality and work ethic matter most.
