Job summary

Carjon Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a courteous Client Care Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners calling for HVAC service in our Smithfield, RI office. This in-office role requires a friendly, reliable communicator who can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

You will answer calls, schedule appointments, coordinate with the dispatch team, educate customers on maintenance options, and maintain accurate records, delivering an outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, scheduling, or call center experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
• Experience booking appointments and working with customers over the phone.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based software platforms.
• Experience with Podium or similar customer messaging platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to support teammates.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

• Competitive hourly pay of $22.00 - $26.00, based on experience.
