Job summary

CARJON Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our HVAC operation. You will prepare equipment and materials for installations, organize daily jobs, and ensure crews have everything they need each morning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment, tools and materials for scheduled installation projects.
• Organize upcoming jobs to ensure crews have everything they need before leaving each morning.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory control.
• Keep the warehouse, storage areas, and company yard clean, safe, and well organized.
• Deliver parts, materials, and paperwork to technicians and job sites when needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles.
• Support light fabrication and other warehouse projects as assigned.
• Update inventory information using company software.
• Help maintain an efficient warehouse operation that supports both the service and installation departments.

Carjon Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our growing HVAC operation. This position is essential to keeping our technicians equipped with the materials and equipment they need to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Position Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus opportunities.
• Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Qualifications
